The festive production at the end of the year where students get to perform all of the steps they have been learning since September. This is a great opportunity to gain performance experience before the big recital in Spring. Just like the Spring Recital, there are lights, props, sets, flowers, desserts, tickets and all. The kids, of course, look adorable and professional while getting to show their whole family what they’ve been up to. It’s a wonderful experience, and a great time to bring the family together.

SPRING DANCE RECITAL
The beautiful, organized production at the end of the school year where students get to perform all of the steps they have been learning that school year. There are lights, props, sets, flowers, desserts, costumes, tickets, the whole shebang! We pick a fun theme and use that to decorate the stage, the lobby, the whole auditorium, and of course the kids in their cute, sparkly costumes, make for an amazing experience for the whole family. Many extended family members come in to town just for this two night experience that brings out the best in all of our students.
Our dance recitals are a magical and memorable experience—much, much more than two minutes on stage!
Kids get practice music and video to help prepare for the performance. On stage we have festive props, fun and upbeat music, and colorful décor. Kids get to wear beautiful, sparkly costumes. Backstage we have crafts, prizes, snacks, and movies. Dancers can receive participation medals and flower bouquets. Families get a downloadable keepsake DVD of the performance. We work hard to make the recital experience positive and confidence-boosting.
Dates vary, but are always held in the months of June and December.
Our location is Chemeketa Community College, which has a beautiful auditorium.
