Acro dance classes are more than just a ton of fun! Acro has become one of the leading genres in the dance world. Acro dance classes are not the same as gymnastics but are similar to gymnastics tumbling, featuring handstands, cartwheels, and bridges. Acro dance moves are incorporated into many dance styles as tricks and impressive skills.
