Acro Dance is a super fun, safe, and upbeat mix of dance and tumbling. It features tumbling, tricks, and acrobatic skills like bridges, handstands, and cartwheels. It’s part dance, part tumbling, and the best of both worlds!
Acro dance classes are more than just a ton of fun! Acro has become one of the most popular styles in the dance world. Acro dance classes are not the same as gymnastics but are similar to gymnastics tumbling in that students learn bridges, handstands, cartwheels, and aerials.
