Hip-Hop dance is an energizing form of dance that focuses on self-expression, personal style, and improvisation. In hip-hop dance lessons, students are encouraged to exercise their creativity and to experiment with different styles.
- Improve coordination, flexibility, endurance, strength, and body awareness through developmentally-appropriate exercises designed to challenge, but not exhaust
- Participate in exercises in the center of the floor while demonstrating proper posture and positioning to encourage injury prevention and safe technique
- Participate in group activities and projects
